Mechanical machining and assembly of mechanical parts
ROCATEK was founded and started by engineer Enzo Cavari in 1998 to produce, with the help of dedicated machining centers, pistons used in pyrotechnic seat belt retractors , for the TRW Group (now ZF).
Over twenty-five years, more than 50 MILLION pistons have been manufactured and assembled.
Over time, then, the company has been able to expand its product range as well as its circle of customers, winning the trust of important partners

Currently, thanks to a streamlined and essential organization, combined with the use of special, state-of-the-art machines, Rocatek is able to carry out mechanical machining and assembly, fast, on small and large volumes , with quality control at high levels, guaranteeing maximum satisfaction to the final customer.
More than 70 percent of Rocatek's production is destined for EU and non-EU markets, mostly in the automotive sector
In addition, thanks to cooperation with external partners, machining is also carried out from solid, e.g., for prototype making, small and medium series.
Production site
The CURRENT production site, located in the Pescarito production area in the City of Turin, covers a covered area of about 4,000 m², including 3,600 m² dedicated to production and 400 m² to offices.
